Convert ePub to PDF

Turn an ePub e-book into a PDF, so it can be printed, annotated or shared with anyone who has no e-reader.

Up to 10 MB per file, 20 files at a time.

How it works

  1. Drag and drop your .epub files below.
  2. Reorder them if needed.
  3. Click Convert to download as a PDF file.

What this tool does to your file

The e-book’s text is rendered into a PDF, with each section of the book starting on a new page. That page break is the only piece of the original layout that can carry over: an EPUB is reflowable and has no pages of its own, so its section boundaries are the sole thing about its shape that means anything in a paged format. It pairs with the PDF-to-EPUB tool, which maps one page to one chapter, so a file converted one way and back keeps its structure. The book’s own typesetting, images and embedded fonts are not reproduced. An EPUB is a zip container, so the limit that binds is how far it expands while being read — capped at 200 MB — rather than its size on disk, which is what makes a compressed archive a poor guide to its real cost.
