Convert Word to PDF

Turn a Word document into a PDF that looks the same everywhere.

Up to 10 MB per file, 20 files at a time.

How it works

  1. Drag and drop your Word (.docx) files below.
  2. Reorder them if needed.
  3. Click Convert to download as a PDF file.

What this tool does to your file

The Word document’s text is read and written into a PDF that opens identically everywhere, with no copy of Word needed at the other end. It carries the wording rather than the design: no fonts are embedded, so the PDF is built from the standard set every reader already has, and images, exact positioning and page furniture are not reproduced. That choice has one consequence worth knowing before you upload. Characters outside Latin-1 have no glyph in those standard fonts and are written as a question mark — which includes Hungarian’s ő and ű, and every non-Latin script. Tabs become spaces. Accepts .docx, legacy .doc and .rtf. You can convert up to 20 files in one job, each up to 10 MB as a guest or 25 MB signed in, though .rtf is capped at 25 MB whatever your tier because the format is uncompressed.
