Convert Excel to PDF

Turn a spreadsheet into a PDF you can send without the layout breaking.

Up to 10 MB per file, 20 files at a time.

How it works

  1. Drag and drop your Excel (.xlsx or .xls) files below.
  2. Reorder them if needed.
  3. Click Convert to download as a PDF file.

What this tool does to your file

The workbook’s contents are read and written to a PDF that can be shared and printed without shifting. It carries the values rather than the design: no fonts are embedded, and the sheet’s own column widths, fills and borders are not reproduced the way a print-to-PDF from Excel would reproduce them. Formulas are written as their last calculated result — a PDF has nowhere to put a formula, so what you see is the number the workbook was saved holding. Characters outside Latin-1 have no glyph in the standard font set and become question marks. Reads both .xlsx and legacy .xls, choosing the reader from the file’s own signature rather than its extension. Legacy .xls is capped at 25 MB whatever your tier — it is a 65,536-row format and was never a sensible target for a large sheet. Up to 20 files per job.
