Convert Numbers to images

Turn the pages of an Apple Numbers (.numbers) document into images.

Up to 10 MB.

How it works

  1. Drag and drop your Apple Numbers (.numbers) file below.
  2. Choose the output image format and rendering options.
  3. Click Convert to download the images as a zip file.

What this tool does to your file

Each sheet of an Apple Numbers spreadsheet is rendered to its own image — PNG, JPEG or TIFF — returned as a zip. One image per sheet rather than per printed page, so a wide table stays whole rather than being split across page boundaries. A single rendered image is capped at 24 million pixels, so a very large sheet is limited by its area rather than by its file size. The result is a picture: its values are no longer selectable, searchable or sortable, which is the trade for a file that displays anywhere without Numbers installed. Because Apple never registered a media type for .numbers, browsers outside macOS report it as a generic zip or not at all, so the upload declares the type for you. The package is compressed, so the limit that binds is inflation, capped at 200 MB.
