Convert PowerPoint to PDF

Turn a slide deck into a PDF that opens anywhere, with no PowerPoint needed.

Up to 10 MB per file, 20 files at a time.

How it works

  1. Drag and drop your PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) files below.
  2. Reorder them if needed.
  3. Click Convert to download as a PDF file.

What this tool does to your file

The presentation’s content is read and written to a PDF that can be shared or handed out without PowerPoint at the other end. Be aware of what this one does and does not do: shapes are flowed top to bottom in document order onto A4 pages, so the result carries the content of the deck rather than a picture of each slide. Slide backgrounds, exact positioning, animations and speaker notes are not reproduced, and no fonts are embedded, so characters outside Latin-1 become question marks. If what you want is each slide looking as it does on screen, the PowerPoint-to-picture tool renders the real slide and this tool does not. Reads both .pptx and legacy .ppt. Up to 20 files per job, each up to 10 MB as a guest or 25 MB signed in.
