Merge PDF files

Combine several PDFs into one document, in the order you choose.

Up to 10 MB per file, 20 files at a time.

How it works

  1. Drag and drop your PDF files below.
  2. Reorder them if needed.
  3. Click "Merge" to download the single combined file.

What this tool does to your file

The pages are concatenated in the order you set, and nothing inside them is re-encoded — text stays selectable, images keep their original quality, and a page that was A4 in the source is still A4 in the result. Mixed page sizes and orientations survive the merge rather than being normalised to one size. The merge is streamed straight to storage as it is produced, so a large batch never has to fit in memory as a whole. You can add up to 20 files in one job, each up to 10 MB as a guest or 25 MB signed in. Bookmarks from every source document are carried into the combined outline. What does not survive is anything that depends on a name being unique across the whole file: two source documents with a form field of the same name, or with conflicting embedded JavaScript, end up with one winner rather than both.
